  Solid carbide spiral up-cut router bits/end square mini mills, designed for micro applications. Perfect for the signmaking industry. The special carbide grade combined with the Aluminum Titanium Nitride (AlTiN) coating gives amazing performance.
  
  Choose 2 Flute endmills for efficient vertical plunging, pocketing and slotting operations. 4 Fluted tools offer the promise of improved surface finishes, longer service life and increased feed-rates with peripheral milling applications.
  
  Micro machining applications involve miniature tooling thatrequires very high attention to tolerances and detail in their construction. Theseend mills incorporate 30 degree helixes and AlTiN coating to insure a high degree ofprecision. Miniature end mills also routinely require RPMs in excess of 40,000 RPMsor more, so attention to both RPM capacity and accurate chip-loads is mandatory.
