With this one bit, cut a lock joint that's ideal for quick construction of strong drawer boxes!
The same bit setting is used for both halves of the joint; adjust the fence position slightly to switch between sides and fronts/backs. The drawer front (or back) is laid flat on the tabletop and fed across the cutter. The side is braced vertically against the fence and fed across the cutter. You can use stock of any thickness and any composition and produce flush or lipped drawers. For best results use in a table-mounted router.
